WINEDEBUG='+ole,+xdnd' show neither DoDragDrop() getting called, nor a drop
coming from X11.

That and the unusual mouse cursor shape during drag, both suggest that the
application does some sort of internal drag and drop instead of using the
Windows API. It's difficult to tell where that breaks or why.

Also with Wine 4.12.1, when I drop 3 files, I get 2 files with duplicate names.
