I see the same "Adobe Premiere Pro could not find any capable video play
modules. Please update your video display drivers and start again." with Wine
4.12.1 with winetricks wmp10 and native msdmo.dll.

What was the last version in which it ran? Maybe it makes sense to do a bisect?
