Hello,

1. Summary is not valid.
Please, state the name of the application.

2. Don't post file contents in the comments, add an attachments next time.

3. Product 'wine-staging' is for issues that are confirmed to be caused by a
wine-staging patchset.
The backtrace says that you don't use wine-staging, so setting back product to
default 'Wine'.

4. Backtraces are not that useful.
Please, attach a normal (without WINEDEBUG) terminal output.

5. libcef requires several fonts from Windows.
You may install them with 'winetricks corefonts' or use wine-staging.

Probably a duplicate of bug 32342.
