in first thanks for your answer.
I'm using debian SID and the latest version from this repository is wine-4.0
(Debian 4.0-2).
On https://wiki.winehq.org/Debian i can see different version as : 
Debian 8 (Jessie)
Debian 9 (Stretch)
Debian 10 (currently Testing) (Buster) 
Which version i have to install for sid ?
