Could you please always provide the log output instead of crash report? It
already contains crash report if you press 'Close' in the crash window, and can
potentially have a lot more interesting information.

I've tested the provided demo and could not reproduce the crash.

1. It does not start with mainsteam Wine, fails without any crash:

2. It works just fine for me with Wine Staging 4.10, shows the demo, no crash
so far.

The related patchset from Staging is kernel32-PE_Loader_Fixes.

Which version of Wine did you test it with?

As per my testing, looks like a duplicate of Bug #42125.
