Still occurs in 4.10. An even simpler test case: compile 'int main() { return
0; }' using mingw and wine it under valgrind. Valgrind prints an error that it
has encountered an unrecognised instruction inside of set_cpu_context
(signal_x86_64.c).
That attachment doesn't show the test running under valgrind, rather running as
usual.
