I actually missed the point with framebuffer object, your card actually claimed
to support that initially, setting MaxVersionGL to 1.0 should have disabled it.
You can probably try running with
MESA_EXTENSION_OVERRIDE=-GL_ARB_shading_language_100 but without setting any
tweaks in registry (removing MaxVersionGL override).
