WORKAROUND: disable Easy Anti-Cheat and use DXVK

Game uses Easy Anti-Cheat which is currently not supported under Wine. Follow
the instructions:

Change Uplay to work in offline mode, if not, game will crash soon after lunch:

Second crash: you need DXVK
