Confirmed on wine 4.11-staging / Lubuntu 19.04

1. Created a new prefix, 64bit.
2. Uninstalled mono in that prefix (couldn't install dotnet with mono
installed)
3. Installed dotnet35sp1
4. Ran wine on the ZwiftSetup.exe

Updates the Zwift component, then white screens.
