I added the URL to the vkQuake releases in the URL field.

Please, don't put direct link to files, especially to password protected files.
Put links to the web page where the download links are, so that we can check
the file details before downloading it.

The full shareware and the PAK file from the shareware can be downloaded from
there (links are in the 'version differences' table):
https://pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Quake

I extracted the PAK file from the full shareware and confirm that the PAK file
available separately on the same website is identical.

Note that the original shareware is a DOS application and the PAK file inside
it is in a LHA archive inside the ZIP archive.

I tested with vkQuake 1.01.1 (win64) but couldn't get mouse jittering (I have a
nvidia gpu).

$ du -b PAK0.PAK
18689235    PAK0.PAK
$ sha1sum PAK0.PAK
36b42dc7b6313fd9cabc0be8b9e9864840929735  PAK0.PAK

$ du -b vkQuake.exe
782848    vkQuake.exe
