[Bug 46541] WinToUSB Free gives an error message during start

Was testing on wine 4.2 (staging), but was having additional difficulties:
I was not able to start application.

After second attempt I checked Wine Software and there were no Haselo WInToSUB
in the list.

Then I checked the GNOME Menu and saw an uninstaller; clicked it. I got an
message that Uninstaller has detected that WInToUSB.exe is running. Once I
killed it via System Monitor ( Fedora 29 ), I was able to run it.

Error still present in wine 4.2 (staging)
