I tested this game, the glitches on camera movement (black parts, flickering)
is not similar but should be already fixed by
a5ffdff2edb75cd06e6b57a00ea7d7628928a5c4. 

I could not reproduce camera movement bug at all though, without any tweaks or
configuration changes camera was moving just as I would expect it to.
