small prebuilt .NET executable (4.5K) to dump NumberFormat.CurrentInfo object

Hello folks,

I've attached a small .NET executable (4.5K) for easier reproduce.
You don't need .NET SDK/C# compiler.

Built using Microsoft Windows SDK for Windows 7 and .NET Framework 4
