What's your setup -- GPU, driver, window manager?
I sometimes (quite rarely) get Battle.net window frozen during normal usage,
but I don't know if it's the same situation as yours. Minimizing and then
maximizing the application window helps in my case. Similarly restarting the
window manager also helps (on Plasma: `kwin_x11 --replace`).
