Hello folks,

please retest again.

I wasted one hour of trying to reproduce with old Wine 3.18 but no avail.

* Fedora 28 distro provided package (includes Staging patches)

https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/fedora/28/i686/wine-staging-common-3.18-1.i686.rpm

* own (local) Wine 3.18 builds (-fPIC / -fno-PIC / -fcf-protection) on Fedora
28 host

With all of them the app starts into user interface.
