Played a bit with command line switches and disabling libglesv2:

- WINEDLLOVERRIDES=libglesv2=d wine meo\ music.exe -->

doesnt work, screen stays white

- wine meo\ music.exe --disable-gpu  -->

works, a loginwindow appears,(takes quite a while!)

- WINEDLLOVERRIDES=libglesv2=d wine meo\ music.exe --single-process -->

works, a loginwindow appears

This seems bit different from bug 44985, but I`ll link to it
