That bug is closed because the program "Microsoft .NET by diakov.net" is of
very questionable nature. We don't support pirated content, why don't you just
use official .NET? I mean, it's not like it costs anything.

It's still a valid problem inside of wine though, and I don't like closing it
off like this, but I didn't decide it.
