Hello folks,

although the download link is now broken, the problem is still present.
Refining summary to follow style of same-class bug reports.

* bug 14980 ("Wine does not automatically use the riched20 installed by Office
2003/2007/2010/2013/2016")

* bug 29678 ("Multiple application installers report 'OS version is too old,
requires Windows 2000 or later' (loader: builtin 'version.dll' vs. private path

Sadly I lost my local copy hence I'm searching for a mirror/backup since the
app highlighted a number of Wine problems.
