I can't reproduce this, no one else has reported it, and the problem pre-dates
the current build system. As Olivier said, you have a mess in your system. You
can ask for help on our forum, but I suggest the Ubuntu forum instead, as the
problem goes beyond Wine: libgtk3-noscd is not a dependency of Wine.
