This is not a forum, please keep quiet unless you have useful information for
the bug. There is no schedule for fixing bugs. This is a voluntary project and
people have other things to do.

FYI, I tested the test app with the hack and I confirm it enables transparency
on V3 bitmaps.

I made a comparison between Windows 10 and Wine 4.7 using my own sample BMP
files with the test app.
