We should be getting the Usage value from HID, but dinput doesn't currently use
HID. We can use some heuristic for this, but it's not clear what it should
be... I wonder if someplace else (the kernel, udev, systemd) has already done
some heuristic for this that we could be inspired by. I'll see if I can find
something.
