Be more conservative when using root relative coordinates.

Does this updated patch help?  (replace the previous one)

It's more conservative now and should only use the root coordinates when it's
hopefully safe to do so. It also works around vst-bridge's reparenting hack
because the same workaround should also be safer on full-screen apps.

If you test it and it still doesn't work, please try to attach traces with
+cursor as I mentioned if you can (ideally with and without the patch).
