But this proves it's a comctl32 issue.

For reproducing the issue, make sure to click "View->Strategy Tester" - this is
the window you need. Please note that the slider *is visible*, it's just that
it's 2x2 pixels or so. You can drag it if you're being super precise with the
mouse.
