Wine 4.8 (win32):
Can go through installer (license agreement texts are missing), starts
installing and breaks after a while (see log). Uninstalling and ending with
"The wizard was interrupted before PSoC Creator could be completely installed." 

No "System.Windows.Forms" in the Unhandled Exception like in comment 2.

(with dotnet20sp2 it installs fine)
