Still present as of wine-4.8.
Updating URL.
As reproted on the forums
(https://forum.winehq.org/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=32409&p=122587#p122587), going
fullscreen and then back partially helps - it's still a bit glitchy, but the
controls are visible again.
