Confirming and adding download. (Tested using wine-4.5)

Prerequisite for this is "winetricks corefonts", then the login window shows
up.

To work around the issue, run "winetricks -q msxml3"
Then take the following dlls from 32bit windows, put them into wine's syswow64
and add overrides:
- ieframe.dll
- iertutil.dll
- jscript.dll
- mshtml.dll
- msls31.dll
- urlmon.dll
