I have only tested zombie solo mode extensively and there is no periodic
stutter at all in my setup on kernel 4.19.  Wine 4.8 staging seems to have
filesystem access problems possibly related to new symlink patches, so I also
revered to Wine 4.7 staging.  Very intermittently the game will report that the
user rank is corrupted and it restores it from last saved rank, otherwise it
runs platinum level.. perfect rendering and up to 200fps with a gtx1070/1080p
with latest dxvks (1.2+).
