Ok, it seems you are correct. I am sure I tested with the latest
wine-staging-4.9 first and then went over older versions, but it seems I messed
something up or I don't know what happened...

I'll be closing this bug now. I'll do more tests tonight with both 64-bit and
32-bit prefixes and I'll reopen if I find anything, but I doubt it since it
seems to work now.
