patch for test

Sorry, I thought to have lost the patch.

This is a quartz patch that add some DsoundRender test. 

I should probably rebase it to dsound but I don't have much time.

Tests succeeed on windows  machines, and on wine with builtin dsound, but fail
with native dosund on wine
