Could you try again in latest wine.

The downloadlink points to newest version, i think i found this exact version
here: https://www.filepuma.com/download/line_5.18.1.1995-22968/ (not 100% sure)

The app installs and starts fine for me (wine-4,18). PLease retest and report
back please, thanks and regards
