Debug log of Basemark

Basemark GPU - https://www.basemark.com/benchmarks/basemark-gpu/ - crashes when
selecting D3D12.

Vulkan and OpenGL works.

Ran D3D12 test with logging:
VKD3D_DEBUG=trace
VKD3D_CONFIG=vk_debug
VK_INSTANCE_LAYERS=VK_LAYER_LUNARG_standard_validation

Let me know if there are other logging options needed.
