Please attach console output to make this bugreport anything useful.

If it`s the same program as in this forumthread*** then it might be due to
unimplemented httpapi stuff; But this can only be figured out if you attach
console output. Could you also try upgrade to wine-4.19 and see if things
change? Thanks in advance for reporting back.
