FWIW i believe that i had the same issue on wine-devel +- 7 days ago (can't
test on affected system atm), but it is possible that i didn't had

which seems to have an effect on this issue. I will retest in +- 7 days and if
the issue presist i let you know.

The issue seems to be present on wine-staging-4.18 where wine-staging-4.19
seems to resolve it, but the wineapp still crashes close to immediately(1 sec
to 4 sec) after it displays language selection

but that is probably different issue, sharing it in case it's relevant.

Currently using tmpfs-based system in case it's relevant.
