Assuming wine is at fault, though it might also be dxvk or something else, but
ok, assuming wine is at fault and replacing wine with wine staging:


Wine/Lutrix now behaves a bit differently when starting the game and it wants
to install some .net/mono/html stuff.

I think log will show this somewhat, I am not sure if this is normal, maybe the
updating to wine-staging was not ment for sparky linux, but maybe it's ok.
