iuexplore.exe fake dll (64 bit)

Apparently it`s enough to replace the fake iexplore.exe`s in
~/.wine/drive_c/windows/sys{tem32/wow64} with fake iexplore.exe's with lower
version number. 

I attach them here; then you can start the installer without having to patch
wine:)
