Could you please specify "not passing"? If it crashes, could you please attach
new "WINEDEBUG=+loaddll,+seh" log? 

Maybe also try with native d3dx9_38.dll, d3dx9_31.dll. I am not sure I needed
that though.

Not possible without d3dcompiler or d3dx9 native override, unless the game
client changed significantly between those tries. But most likely you had some
overrides. It wants to compiler some shaders, that is not implemented in
builtin Wine dlls.
