It is d3d11 game, right?

Could you please attach logs with WINEDEBUG=+d3d11,+d3d,+d3d_shader? Recorded
from start and including the moment the inventory with the problem are visible.
The log may grow big but logs are compressed very well. Ideally, 2 logs, with
4.20 where the issue is and 4.19 where there is no issue.

Or maybe you could do a bisect and find the commit which caused the regression?
That would simplify the things greatly and would increase the chances for this
to be fixed quick.
