I really wouldn't.

Setting IMAGE_FILE_LARGE_ADDRESS_AWARE is a generic workaround for a generic
problem that has many causes and no generic solution. An actually valid
solution may look different for each application, and in some cases there may
be nothing we can do.

Not to mention that making the bug about IMAGE_FILE_LARGE_ADDRESS_AWARE is not
great in the first place, since that's just a workaround and cannot be a real
solution.
