Hi, is this your comment from that thread(?):

So is it a wine issue or a bug in the program? What`s the conclusion of this
discussion thread?

If it`s wine issue: might be useful to run with 
"WINEDEBUG=+relay,+seh wine SierraChart_64.exe &>log.txt" and attach (bzipped2)
file log.txt to this bugreport.
