Have you guys tried this recently?  I have created a utility for building
Python packages under Wine that depends on installing on the Visual C++ 2015
build tools ( https://github.com/sweptlaser/build-python-wine ) and the only
problem that I had was that I had to kill the svchost when the installer hung
trying to create a system restore point.
