As I am working on the same thing I think that it is worth mentioning here: it
is now also possible to create functional MSVC 2015 build environment using
Visual Studio 2019 build tools installer, see
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=47626 It requires applying one patch on
top of wine-staging 4.17, but then everything works smoothly.
