Indeed, I could try to compile the code and bisect through git until I get it
working. With build times (assuming it builds straight away) that's probably
half a day of effort which unfortunately I don't have. Do any of the commits
strike you as a possible or likely candidate to cause this behaviour and
perhaps I might try at that version.

With respect to you all being volunteers, if someone was willing to work on
fixing some of the other bugs (or implementing missing code) I've reported for
this app which I use a lot (see appdb), particularly implementing correct
activation which is a thorn I'd be willing to commit a bit of time.

I suspect also it's not the only app that has started to fail so more reports
might help this.
