Yes, indeed. One has to look at the actual change as the commit message
("kernel32: Move exe path functions to ntdll.") doesn't imply it. People would
not expect a functional change here, that is introducing 'RtlGetExePath'
implementation and using it (altering the behaviour).

Anyway, thank you for the reminder and Erich, Alexandre for the fix.
It's sad that it took nine years though.
