I am sorry, supporting PlayOnLinux and Wine installation is out offtopic here.

Just when you get it right, you should see something like
"000b:fixme:winediag:start_process Wine Staging 4.18 is a testing version
containing experimental patches." at the beginning of the log. And if you set
up multiply_special key correctly, you should also see a message in the log as
in comment #37.

BTW your log suggests CSMT is not disabled either, though I am not sure you 
need that. There is also message about that in log, and it works in both
mainstream and staging versions).

May I suggest you to make Staging and the registry setting work (and verify
that in your log), and report the test results / logs after that?
