I tested this with an empty 64-bit Wine prefix with Wine Staging 4.18.

With the default setup I also got the blank window. After I ran `winetricks
gdiplus vcrun2010 vcrun2012 vcrun2013 vcrun2015 msxml3 msxml6 atmlib corefonts`
I was able to get text to show up in the installer and even log into my Adobe
ID.

However, clicking "Not Now" when asked to input a phone number does nothing,
and when clicking the "X" button to close the window all the text in the "Do
you really want to quit" dialog box shows up as "undefined".
