Are you sure that bug comes from those fixme`s? 
Maybe it`s an idea to attach a WINEDEBUG=+relay,+seh log first to bug
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=41350 so developers could have a look
at it (compress it with bzip2) and see where the "not implemented yet" message
is triggered.
