It's a missing feature, any check on the registration calls these including
trying to enter registration details. Of course if these were implemented it
might fail elsewhere (and it's a pain to use because the captcha is not
displayed properly - another pending bug). I'll grab a log when I get a chance
and file it under https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=41350 where that bug
is raised. It's not been looked at for almost 3 years now, hence frustration,
so if anyone is up for looking at it, I'd be grateful.

As for the bug in this report's title I assume this report will be closed
shortly as it's a duplicate of another one.
