[Bug 45285] Performance regression for Big Fish Games

There are still titles where this bug occurs. For example "Paranormal Files The
Tall Man". The game runs VERY slow, it's even hard to move the mouse. I tried
with 2.21 and the game runs perfect. The only way to use modern Wine version
with this game is with D9VK.
