[Bug 48021] msi installer not working on msxml3, Office 2010 shows Installation language unsupported

I tried the dry run on a clean wineprefix, the setup will not run correctly and
show the crash report dialog. I believe the msxml3 has some thing to do with.
Also, ole32 should be also required to make the setup to run.
