It definitely seems related to mouselook (ie. holding down mousebutton and
move/look around) at the same time as using keyboard. Only using keyboard to
turn, there is seemingly no problem.

Also i tested the Lutris-4.16 branch (staging-4.16 + TKG proton patches), there
is no problem.

Afaik the Lutris branch uses patchsets such as "raw-input.patch" that deals
with similar issues as the new winex11.drv patches addresses.
